That was back in 2011, and since then he couldn’t see himself at any other company. He appreciates farming more than most, having grown up riding around on John Deere tractors on his family’s 80-acre farm in Iowa. Today, he manages the payroll for Barnes Farming —overseeing and reviewing the records for as many as 800 people during harvest season. Today, Randy manages all the farming equipment for the company—from servicing and ordering parts to making decisions about inventory and costs.
